Overview

The Office Administration position is responsible for all assigned duties to include but not limited to; daily production data entry, processing Bill of Ladens, invoicing, communicate with vendors, directing and controlling the flow of drivers, and communicating with customers. This position will also act as a backup to the site manager in their absence.   

Responsibilities

• Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to communicate expectations and goals daily to team in order to meet reLogistics performance standards
• Ability to communicate to customer any needs or concerns
• Must be able to coach, train, provide feedback, and if necessary hold team members accountable
• Must be accountable for achieving reLogistics results while maintaining reLogistics Core Values and Safety Standards
• Ensure office and yard are clean and organized
• Ability to hold meetings to include but not limited to safety and production
• Ability to complete all production paperwork with accuracy
• Communicates directly with On Site / Plant Manager with any employee issues
• Loading and unloading materials from trailers 
• Moving pallets or materials on pallets or in crates around the storage facility  Stacking pallets or materials in the correct manor, following inventory control instructions 
• Checking to make sure loads are secure 
• Ensuring that all employees are working safe and abide by all safety policies
• Ensuring that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards  Must maintain a clean & safe environment working environment that meets reLogistics standards

Qualifications

• Preferred Supervisor or Administration position experience
• Able to type a minimum of 45 wpm
• Must be comfortable operating and navigating Microsoft
• Good math, language and reading skills with attention to detail
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
• Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards
• Open availability
• Understanding that overtime may be required and is considered mandatory 

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include but not limited to; elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
• Ability to walk and sit for long periods of time
• Lift up to 85 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for long periods of time
• Having a good sense of balance
• Having good eye-hand-foot coordination
• Ability to assess weights and judge distances and heights
• Ability to work overtime and shifts up to 12 hours per day on a regular or irregular basis
